Order Status

You can check order status at any time if you created an account before or during your checkout. The order status will include the latest information on your order's progress, and will include any tracking numbers for your package(s).
 

Invoice / Receipt

You can print your receipt at any time if you created an account before or during your checkout. If you placed an order over the phone or online, we will have emailed the receipt to you (check your spam folder). If you placed your order using Paypal, you can log into your paypal account and print your receipt.
 

Coupon Codes and Promotions

From time to time we offer coupons and promotions or other deals to past customers and newsletter subscribers. Using a coupon is easy, just enter it on the shopping cart page in the Discount Codes box. Next, click Apply Coupon and your total will update if the coupon is valid.
 

Price Matching Policy

Returns and Exchanges

60 Days, 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of the order ship date for a 100% refund (minus any shipping charges). Please inspect your order as soon you receive it for accuracy. Do not dispose of the box, packing materials or any product packaging until you are satisfied with your order and the product(s) you have received. You must return your item with all it's original packaging and accessories to receive the 100% refund (or credit toward another product).
 
Please contact before returning your item for an RMA number, or the item may not be accepted. Unfortunately, we may have to levy a small restocking fee on returns that have missing or damaged packaging or if products are not in their original condition (any scratches, signs of usage, etc.). The customer will be responsible for paying shipping or insurance cost back to us.
 
International customers must properly indicate that the description of contents is "return goods". We will not accept any returns requiring duties or taxes.
 
Please include the following for prompt processing of your return:

• RMA Number
• Invoice/Receipt from our store
• If there is a manufacturer's defect with the product, please give a brief summary.
• Your contact information (Email and Phone)

Once the returned item(s) are received in good condition and processed by us, we will promptly send out your replacement item(s) or refund your money.
